Initial implementation stage


Together with its Partner Network, Baxon provides a real “Turn key” solution, which usually covers the following stages:

Ongoing services


On an ongoing basis Baxon provides a multi language help desk for client support, which can be reached 24x7 by phone, email or instant messaging.
Besides the traditional support services, Baxon also offers the alternative of implementing a complete Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solution, leveraging on Baxon Financial and Consulting teams, to outsource in real time the entire process of gathering – processing – reporting and analysis of performance information from the different customer asset classes or operations.
