Automate the portfolio reporting process

Problem
- The process of gathering, auditing, compiling, formatting and distributing portfolio company information using Excel files is extremely inefficient and expensive, error prone and time consuming.
How we do it
- Reminders and follow up emails are sent automatically by Baxon PCMS to Portfolio company users.
- Portfolio companies or the Baxon Financial Team can update their financial information directly into the system through a 5 minute process using a secure internet connection, without having to modify their existing spreadsheets and without the need to install any add ins.
- GP users can receive automated notifications once information has been uploaded and all reports and dashboards are updated in real time, with the option of setting up an approval process.
- GP System Administrators can create or modify reports very intuitively in only a matter of minutes and without having to install any software.
